As a Full Stack Developer at 2DG Solutions LLC you’ll build out and test the front end of 2DG Solutions LLC’s vast array of growing applications. You will work closely with other 2DG developers, design tools, and dev-ops tooling.
You will also get the opportunity to work for a very agile, fast-paced, and exciting company that is beginning to build up their development infrastructure. Applicant should have a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of code integrity and organization. As a Full Stack Developer, you not only develop new functionality to meet requirements, but you will also ensure solutions follow the specified color scheme and brand standards from a client-to-client basis to output intuitive, accessible and well-designed user experiences.
You will need to have a solid understanding of component-based development, responsive and semantic design, and experience defining and driving our front end/web UI architecture.

Our ideal candidate is strong at all aspects of front-end development, with good proficiency in HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap4, JavaScript, ES6, TypeScript, jQuery, npm, etc., and is just as comfortable making something aesthetically pleasing as they are building out full-blown, highly-interactive front-end applications.
Qualifications
- Advanced experience with PHP, HTML, CSS (SCSS preferred), JavaScript/ES6/TypeScript, jQuery, etc.
- Ability to translate wireframes and high-level designs into semantic, accessible front-end interfaces of complex web applications, as well as developing reusable UI components.
- Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Xd, Figma or similar tools to translate flat mockups/prototypes.
- Experience with command-line utilities, build tools like - NPM, yarn, Webpack, Grunt, Gulp, Composer (not all required)
- Interest/Light experience with one or more leading front-end frameworks such as VueJS
- Basic experience and understanding of using a SVCS such as Git, Subversion, Mercurial, or another version control system for collaborating via a ‘gitflow’ branching strategy.
- Laravel / MVC frameworks, OOP Methodology
- Creation of Data models
- Hands on experience with SSH, SFTP, FTP, and rsync
- SAML Authentication
- OAuth, Web Tokens
- SASS / LESS CSS pre-processors
- Able to create local LAMP environments using: MAMP, WAMP or VHOST
- Familiar with creating micro-services and/or web-services using node.js
- Familiar with MySQL interfaces such as: phpmyadmin or mysql-workbench
- Capable of writing SQL statements: SELECTS, DELETES, UPDATES and JOINS
Bonus points for:
- Back-end experience with PHP (big plus), Node, or another backend technology.
- Rust experience
- Understanding of basic SQL syntax and relational databases (big plus)
- Experience with at least one front-end testing framework.
- Experience working in an Agile team utilizing the Atlassian tools like – JIRA, BitBucket, Confluence, etc.
- WebGL, Canvas/HTML5 SVG Experience.
- UI/UX Design Skills
Skills:
- Utilizing a frontend testing framework: <1 year (Preferred)
- Familiar with VueJS (similar frontend framework): <1 year (Preferred)
- UI/ UX Design: 1 year (Preferred)
- Prototyping Tools - Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD(similar toolset): <1 year (Preferred)
- Raster/Vector Imaging Tools - Photoshop, Illustrator: <1 year (Preferred)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ES6/TypeScript, jQuery, etc.: 2 year (Required)

Full Stack Developer Responsibilities:
- Ensuring user experience determines design choices.

- Ensuring web design is optimized for cross-browser and cross-device.
- Building reusable code for future use.
- Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.
- Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages.
- Maintaining brand consistency throughout design
Full Stack Developer Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Understanding of key design principles.
