Data Reporting Analyst
VillageCare is looking for a self-motivated Data Reporting Analyst, who will provide research, analytical, data and project execution support across all VillageCareMAX departments. The position provides critical support to the Strategy & Innovation team, ensuring that external and internal data sources are identified, analyzed, and leveraged to provide strategic insights in support of enterprise and program-level strategic goals and objectives.
Some of your daily activities will include compiling, analyzing and interpreting varied and complex health care, clinical, utilization and cost data to provide actionable insights across all departments. You will identify and develop external data sources such as market data, population demographics, industry trends, and national, state and city policy data for analysis of impact and opportunities for VillageCareMAX. Proactively identifying questions and hypotheses and reviewing quantitative and qualitative information will be vital to this role.
We would like to speak to those who have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Seeking those who bring 2-5 years of health care experience, preferably in managed care, and 2-4 years of analytical experience. Strong Tableau and Microsoft Excel skills required. Ability to run queries, manipulate, transform, and generate reports and dashboards using various tools.
