Overall, A Store Manager is responsible for maximizing sales and profits through successful day-to-day operations, supporting the teams' management, and ensuring that we continually improve sales and exceed customers’ expectations. Responsibilities include:
- Managing & motivating a team of retail sales associates to increase sales and improve efficiency
- Managing stock levels and inventory on the sales floor
- A leader in Product knowledge and ensuring that your team is extremely knowledgeable of the products and on the sales floor.
- Having excellent communication, leadership, and organization skills with a proactive approach
- Ensuring that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly shopping environment and responding to customers with exceptions customer service skills
- Creating pleasant, creative, and attractive window displays for your store.
- Being able to push boundaries and be excited by new challenges
- Being professional and ensuring that the whole team meets our expectations (including dress code, appearance, and friendly behaviors)
Managing the following areas:
- Time management and Staffing
- Driving Sales goals and KPI’s
- Shrinkage and Loss Prevention
- Daily operations and Cash controls
- Setting daily Store goals and employee sales goals
- Issue management and report writing (such as disciplinary action forms)
- Providing a safe and healthy working environment
Requirements include:
- 1-2 years Store Management experience.
- Ability to build a team environment for success
- Leadership skills to proactively manage situations
- Hardworking while being attentive to details
- Possess excellent customer service skills and be able to teach them to others
- Maintain an unbreakable positive attitude
