A truly unique opportunity to join an established, busy, boutique firm. We are a plaintiff personal injury practice with an emphasis on campassion and helping people, not building cases. We offer a remote work environment and an in-office location in beautiful southern Orange County. Our attorneys practice in all Southern California counties.
What we are looking for:
Licensed attorney with minimum 3 years of experience
Trial experience a plus but not required
Bilingual Spanish is preferred
Ability to work Independently
Strong communication skills
Workers' compensation experience a plus
We are looking for an attorney who is or wants to become a trial lawyer. The acceptable candidate will be expected to manage a caseload, make appearances, defend and take depositions, answer & serve discovery, settle cases and prepare cases for trial.
