Position Overview:
We are looking for PCWs who can bring their own client to our services. If you have a client in need of reliable home care, this opportunity allows you to work with them directly through J&K Home Care, ensuring continuity of care and additional support for both you and the client.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Worker or in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to bring an existing client to our service
- Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes or community settings.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in health or behavior.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to support client needs effectively.
