We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team in overseeing the daily operations of our assembly and warehouse teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, lean manufacturing , and inventory control.
*Responsibilities*
- Manage day-to-day operations through KPIs
- Supervise and lead a team of employees to produce at the highest level
- Understand the jobs of all your direct report thoroughly
- Mentor the next generation of leaders
- Oversee inventory management and control
- Two-second lean implementation
- Perform qaurterly reviews of your team of 9
- 5s everything
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently
*Skills*
- Strong team management abilities
- Proficiency in warehouse systems
- Solid mathematical skills for budgeting and financial analysis
- Proficient in inventory management and control
- Administrative skills for handling various tasks effectively
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager would be advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $69,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
