Description

The Customer Service Lead researches issues and brings to resolution complex situations by using sound judgment and following company policies and guidelines. Requires the ability to handle a high volume of calls, inquires, and difficult issues with professionalism. Additionally, you must have excellent follow-through ability and possess outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience within an office setting
  • Outstanding customer service skills and enthusiastic personality
  • High energy
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
  • Strong administrative skills and computer skills
  • Able to handle a high volume of calls, inquiries
