In order to enhance our long term growth, we are looking for a creative, motivated Marketing Specialist!


  • Organize and maintain the Marketing calendar
  • Plan promotions, specials, and new product launches
  • Identify market segments and research buying behavior
  • Work with the creative team to develop marketing and sales materials
  • Communicate Marketing and Sales efforts to all members of the team
  • Engages with sales leadership to ensure agreement on key campaign priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Sales team on upcoming promotions, new products, and specials
  • Follow up with media, writers, bloggers for sample feedback and article mentions
  • Engage with customers to curate and publish user generate content
  • Assist in creating marketing budgets
  • Verifying contractor and partner payments
  • Generate reports on various marketing functions
  • Plan events, create show materials, follow ups
  • Monitor results and show tracking
  • Maintain show calendar
  • Work with marketing vendors
  • Review sponsorship requests and make recommendations
  • Plan print advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and develop media relations
  • Find and make recommendations on other media advertising
  • Work with online marketing partners for online advertising
  • Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of marketing methods, costs, and results

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Advertising or related field
  • Minimum of three years of relevant marketing and/or sales experience with a working knowledge of firearms, tactical gear, and military terminology.


  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
  • Google Analytics skills preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail including proofreading
  • Ability to converse with a wide range of consumers and vendors
  • Exceptional organization in thought, process, and digital environments
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior management team and operations personnel
