Regional Manager of Operations for The Nickel Ride

Territory: St. Petersburg, Florida and cities within the assigned geographic Region (TBD)
The Nickel Ride is a new and innovative transportation concept and is a free service to riders. We are looking for a Regional Manager of Operations in St. Pete with: a proven ability to lead others, connect with diverse audiences, a high-energy personality, and attention to detail. What you will be doing:

The Regional Manager of Operations (“Regional Manager”) plans, directs, coordinates and manages all of The Nickel Ride’s operations within the assigned Region. Managing multiple cities simultaneously, the Regional Manager is responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. The Regional Manager leads a team of independent contractors, to include hiring, training, managing, developing and holding others accountable. The role is also responsible for working closely and collaborating with all other Nickel Ride Team Members. The Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring the entire Region is following all Nickel Ride standards and expectations. The role must drive rider and advertiser satisfaction, as well as assist to drive advertising sales within the assigned Region. The role is accountable for meeting or exceeding financial expectations in the Region.

You are a good fit if you:

  • Have at least 2-3 years managing others in an operations role (multi-site management preferred)
  • Are highly motivated, a quick learner, and pursue assigned tasks with diligence and passion and attention to detail

  • Possess strong prioritization and organizational skills and the ability to carry detailed projects through to completion
  • Have a proven record of integrity and following through on commitments
  • Possess strong communication and social skills
  • Have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred)
