What you’ll be doing:
Lead and support a rapidly growing team of SDRs
Oversee day-to-day activity of all SDR team members and monitor performance goals while providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and guidance
Ensure leads are being qualified and moved through the sales cycle efficiently
Work with team to ensure a smooth SDR to Account Representative handoff process
Track SDR team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis
Partner with sales leadership to ensure the SDR team is meeting pipeline expectations
Support SDR team growth by developing and/or maintaining content for onboarding, training, scripts, and playbooks

What you need:
Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of high-performance inside sales experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of SaaS and/or subscription-based business sales models
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting using Salesforce and/or other sales tools
Carries a passion and commitment to personal, team, and company success
Strong time management and organizational skills
Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
