Full-time position in our Franklin, TN Headquarters. Prepares batches from mail, sends to an outside vendor for processing, and places each document into MRA's case management system, AcciClaim. Collects and sorts incoming mail. Scans mail into KnowledgeLake, indexes documents into SharePoint, and places documents into proper case in AcciClaim. Scans and batches all correspondence and scans in Knowledge Lake. Prepares and scans batches for Accounts Receivable and Litigation departments. Corrects any document errors or incomplete data. Assesses Illegal notes files and creates special batches. Files errors that are not in Needles to determine missing information. Reviews all scanned documents to determine the correct case for which the documents should be attached.

ü Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others
ü Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
ü Have a working knowledge of computer functions including the Internet, and computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Word Perfect; knowledge of or ability to learn AcciClaim, KnowledgeLake, and SharePoint.
ü HS Diploma or equivalent required, data entry experience preferred.
