Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will work directly with Partners/Owners of the firm and will be responsible for performing various administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, detail oriented, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Typical Duties of Office Assistant

  • Administrative support for the executives, including travel, expense reports, meeting scheduling, email/calendar management and assistance with projects of various types
  • Requires strong computer skills, flexibility, excellent interpersonal abilities and project coordination experience
  • Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communication both internally and externally to maintain professional image
  • Providing first class reception to all visitors
  • Customer and investor relations as required
  • Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities
  • Primary point of contact during executive’s absence
  • Other special projects as assigned


  • College graduate preferred
  • Professionalism in all aspects of the job
  • At least 2 – 4 years prior experience in a similar position
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent spelling, grammar and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload from multiple “bosses”
  • Financial Services experience is helpful, but not required
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with Concur, Constant Contact, Salesforce and SharePoint helpful
  • Sensitivity to confidential information is required
