CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (TAGALOG BILINGUAL) SUMMARY: The Customer Service Associate plays a key role in delivering outstanding service to our customers while addressing any issues prior to the first payment due date. They field mostly inbound calls and are responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues on customer's accounts. Occasionally, they are required to make outbound calls to customers after the contract has been funded or after the cancelation date to verify contract terms, application, data, and repayment options.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (TAGALOG BILINGUAL) RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides superior service to our customers.
- Fields incoming phone calls, assist customers' inquiries, and document the conversations.
- Fields call back requests, emails, and other communication and follow-up with customer as needed.
- Makes outbound calls to customers to verify various details regarding their contract.
- Assists customers with repayment options and address any concerns.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (TAGALOG BILINGUAL) QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- Must be fluent in Tagalog and English.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a customer service or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred
- Previous experience in a call center.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (TAGALOG BILINGUAL) OFFICE LOCATION:
- In-Office, 628 Roosevelt Road, St. Cloud, MN
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (TAGALOG BILINGUAL) HOURS:
- Full-Time, 40 hours/week
- Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm CST and every other Saturday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST
CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (TAGALOG BILINGUAL) COMPENSATION:
- Pay Grade: H1
- Minimum - Midpoint: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
- Starting Pay Based on Experience
- Are you Tagalog Bilingual? If so, you can earn $2.00/hour + hourly wage for having a Bilingual Skillset.
