What You Will Do
Work with clients to define business needs, scope projects, and estimate effort.
Quickly become an SME on all aspects of client platform capable of training others with regard to technology, process, and platform capabilities.
Ensure quality delivery of team solutions including code review, unit test review, and requirements traceability
Expected to lead in depth technical discussions with clients and analyze architecture diagrams, documentation, code, and data.
Spearhead the development of work plan, and successfully lead program-level architecture for process consolidation
Lead all conversations with client’s key stakeholders
Evaluate and assess solutions via product demonstrations and proof of concepts to determine their alignment with stated goals and Architectural strategy
Sponsor, drive and champion multi-year road-maps
Prioritize work load and meet project deadlines
Lead diverse groups to accomplish challenging goals
Communicate concepts and ideas effectively both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization
Present solutions to senior IT and Business leaders
Has the ability to execute under accelerated timeframes
Skills and Experience You Will Need
10-15 years Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) or Healthcare industry experience to include experience on the Provider side
Self-driven, will need to work independently, set priorities and meet strict deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
Experience with strategy, planning, and technology innovation within the healthcare provider industry
Process improvement implementation experience
Hands-on experience with multiple technologies and frameworks
Experience with Agile/Scrum development and capable of providing technical leadership to an agile team.
Experience with capacity and performance analysis of complex systems
Strong communication skills – capable of working in client facing position and interacting directly with client technical staff
Must be able to independently produce technical documentation including architecture diagrams, detailed technical design, and associated presentation materials.
Cloud experience strongly desired (Azure)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
