Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will perform a wide variety of administrative tasks to support office and administrative operations. You should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. It is also vital that you display excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong customer service skills. Work hours are 8-5pm, Monday-Friday.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Assist with the travel arrangements (book hotels, flights, etc.).
Post and issue checks, some invoicing.
Performing routine clerical work.
Follow up on sales orders and cultivate vendor relationships.
Handle and manage phone calls with exceptional customer service.
Other admin. duties assigned
High school diploma or GED; additional education, a plus.
Superior organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detailed oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Experience working with numbers (invoicing).
