Position Summary:
Works closely with Manufacturing and Inventory teams within the organization to support the collection, entry and reporting of inventory management functions.

Primary Responsibilities:
Performs Inventory Functions:
Ensure accuracy of inventory through regular cycle count process
Performs variance analysis and resolution with the facility manager
Create and complete transfers between warehouses to ensure proper fulfillment of sales orders
Responsible for entering receipts of co-manufactured products and proper closure of production orders
Responsible for reviewing inventory discrepancies and errors in a timely and positive manner
Performs other activities as directed by acting manager or supervisor

Key Functional Skills and Knowledge:
Experience: Past experience in inventory management or related field

Skills: Detail Oriented, problem solver, ability to perform analysis and validate results

Proficient in basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications

Strong communication skills and organization skills
