The Opportunity at Culture Amp
You are deeply curious and passionate about people and culture. At heart, you're what we call a people geek. As a People Operations Partner in our San Francisco office you will deliver efficient and effective people processes and systems that contribute to the team’s mission of delivering an exceptional camper experience.
This role is a blend of operations and building strong internal relationships, a background touching many parts of a business from an HR perspective with an emphasis on systems and process improvement will serve you well.
As a key member of our growing People and Experience team you will:
Apply judgement to decisions relating to leave application, payroll processing, immigration, mobility, personal data.
Make decisions relating to Policy/Guideline content development as well as judgement on potential breaches of policy
Make judgement on governance related decisions to ensure risk mitigation and compliance
Lead architecture decisions in the primary HR system, Bamboo HR
Make continuous improvements and changes to existing processes and systems and lead both regional and global projects with cross team/practice/group stakeholders.
Apply judgement as to when escalation will need to occur either to Executive or broader People Operations team
Consult with external counsel or engagement on a specific need or issue should it be required
Know when and how to communicate with the Group Talent Partner roles and Talent Acquisition team on key performance, talent, capability or headcount implications
Influence and providing counsel to stakeholders relating to all process, data and systems related enquiries and decisions.
What You Bring to Our Camp
5-8 years experience in a HR Generalist or Operations role with an emphasis on systems and processes
Deeply experienced in employee benefit schemes, benefit administration and employee practices within the US
You are deeply curious and passionate about people and culture. At heart, you're what we call a people geek.
Ability and willingness to be flexible and nimble in the work you do as we are a fast growing company with this role, the first of its kind at Culture Amp
Experience with platforms such as BambooHR would be advantageous although not essential
Experience within a comparable, high growth environment, product or tech company would be beneficial
