Radar Healthcare Providers is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our recruiting team. We are a national multi-specialty staffing agency, with a high concentration in Anesthesia, placing both permanent & temporary providers.
Essential Functions: Communicate with hiring managers for medical facilities regularly to build relationships and determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans. Source, screen and submit candidates for temporary and permanent positions all over the country. Assist with the onboarding of new hires. Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or General Business. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written). Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Possess a high sense of urgency and with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills required, experience on a Salesforce platform preferred but not required.
Compensation: W-2 Commission based salary, plus eligibility for benefits such as health insurance & more. At Radar, our recruiters run a full desk model, which allows for a higher earning potential well into the six figures, and more control of your book of business. This position will be working out of either our Athens, GA or Roswell, GA offices.
