Responsible for the service, support and maintenance of assigned customer accounts and meeting all pre-determined individual and department sales and service performance goals. Responsible for generating revenue by selling ticket products to both new and existing customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide superior service to all customers.
Sell all general and premium ticket products.
Meet established sales objectives by executing corporate and non-corporate sales calls and presentations promoting ticket products.
Identify new business opportunities by proactively reaching out and following up with sales leads.
Proactively build relationships with Season Ticket Holders and Blue Pride members.
Contact and encourage current customers to renew commitments.
Handle inbound communication and provide necessary information to convert into sales or determine appropriate solutions on service issues.
Be informed and communicate both positive and negative feedback to help support a Fans First Culture.
Responsible for Customer Service/Fan Feedback responses and referring or solving complaints.
Responsible for additional customer service processes including but not limited to group recognition, Watch List reporting, special experience fulfillment, ejection report and warning letter process, and event planning and execution.
Handle Season Ticket Holder relocation process.
Handle Blue Pride & Blue Pride Notification List fulfillment processes.
Meet established service objectives set by supervisors.
Assist suite department and selling single game suite inventory.
Enter all customer, sales & service data into CRM system.
Attend and provide service at game days and other special events that include night and weekend work.
Other duties and projects as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
BA/BS or equivalent experience in sales, service, and customer relations is preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft applications working knowledge of windows based environment.
Preferred Experience (not required)
Experience with a ticket operations system, development application or other relational database.
Experience with computerized report writing or data extraction programs.
Knowledge of Ticketmaster, DSA and Microsoft CRM.
Demonstrated work experience in a professional sports or college athletics environment, including involvement with high-profile events.
Advanced oral and written communication skills.
Ability to speak in a professional manner via telephone or in person with guests, visitors, and fans.
Understanding of basic accounting principles.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must have a valid drivers license.
