The primary responsibility of the Client Marketing Specialist - Sr is to execute and manage integrated marketing communications strategies, initiatives and programs to increase purchases, share of wallet and retention with the Personal Financial Solutions (PFS) customer base. These efforts will measurably impact our targeted clients and align with the PFS business plan and organization.
Demonstrate personal accountability
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external business partners
Participate and occasionally lead cross-functional teams
Execute integrated marketing initiatives to positively impact our PFS clients and align with business goals
Successfully meet expectations tied to established marketing efficiency benchmarks for each campaign and "journey"; specifically related to timeline and budget
Establish and use data tools (i.e., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to report on and find opportunities for optimization
Build, optimize and scale lead generation campaigns for a diverse range of growth initiatives
Craft creative briefs/business cases and coordinate briefing sessions with internal teams to ensure consistency of campaign expectations in the development of all creative assets
Understand and adhere to existing workflow while also looking for opportunities for improvement
Carefully monitor campaign delivery and execution and act as a liaison for questions and clarifications with the internal creative team, digital team, email build (Marketing Operations) team
Ensure quality on all campaigns produced within PFS Channel Marketing
Efficiently and effectively execute and lead relevant sales support programs (i.e., conferences, events, etc.)
Work with the Marketing Strategist to lead all aspects of and execute support programs and projects
Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
2-4 years' experience in marketing program and strategy development, as well as project execution
Financial services marketing experience preferred
Campaign execution, event execution, and demonstration of cross-functional collaboration preferred
Very detail-oriented with ability to work independently and take a hands-on approach, but also collaboratively across functional teams and all levels of the organization
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
