Managing all aspects of data and analytics in support of Human Resources
Lead initiatives related to HR metrics.
Researches, collects, analyzes and maintains data, track trends and developments in employee analysis.
Utilizes technology to improve business processes with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
Improves status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
Responsible for researching and presenting assigned data, developing ad hoc reports or metrics, meeting with management to address issues with recommendations,
Writing detailed reports for management and troubleshooting data,
Assist implementation of human resources programs, designing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring fully compliance with data privacy guidelines.
Work directly with human resource directors to design an efficient department budget, providing trends and forecasts.
Protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Assist with financial or governmental audits
2+ years’ experience for HR or related field.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
Previous experience with ADP, Workday or other HR/Benefits platforms is preferred
Analytic process-minded team player with a bias for action and strong attention to detail.
Excellent computer skills along with Microsoft office; emphasis on advanced Excel needed to accomplish daily objectives
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
Ability to work independently and take initiative is important to work with our team and organization. This job is deadline oriented
