The Client Support Representative acts as the face of the company and prides themself on being a telecommunications expert. This role entails daily customer-facing interactions, so we are looking for someone eager to deliver tailored solutions and personalized recommendations to our customers. As A Client Support Representative, You Will:
- Create and plan product presentations to personally educate customers on the telecommunications services that Verizon offers
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Present our products/services in a compelling manner, highlighting their value and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Close deals by negotiating contracts, building relationships, and overturning objections
- Build a pipeline of leads in your given territory to meet sales quotas and company objectives
- Stay up-to-date with telecommunications industry trends and best practices for lead generation
- Collaborate with the Customer Service and Sales Support Teams to plan and execute new campaign strategies
- Attend daily meetings to develop business acumen and ensure understanding of our products and services
Client Support Representative Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Prior experience in sales, client relations, customer services or related fields is a plus
- Ability to commute to the office daily
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
