We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. This full-time, remote role is pivotal in expanding our client base through effective cold outreach and identifying unique opportunities tailored to potential clients' needs. The Sales Specialist will be instrumental in generating sales leads, nurturing client relationships, crafting compelling sales presentations, managing the sales pipeline, and conducting product demonstrations that showcase the unique benefits of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted cold outreach to potential clients, effectively communicating VINIO Marketing’s value proposition.
- Identify and seize opportunities by understanding prospects’ business needs and tailoring digital marketing solutions accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service delivery.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, ensuring a smooth progression at every stage.
- Create and deliver customized sales presentations and demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex digital marketing solutions.
- Strong track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the digital marketing or related industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing personalized attention to clients.
- Robust sales management skills with the ability to navigate a sales call effectively, including opening, handling objections, and closing deals.
- Experience working independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline.
- Proficient time management and organizational skills to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in digital marketing is highly advantageous, providing a solid foundation for understanding client needs and crafting suitable solutions.
