We are looking to fill a vital role with an ambitious Subcontracts Administrator who has a passion for, or expertise in, the space, intelligence and cyber security industry. I f you are a career-minded individual who is skilled in performing procurement actions in support of assigned pursuits, proposals and/or various programs (including execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Strategic Partnership development and Acquisition Strategy development) - this is the position for you.
What you’ll do…
Lead all aspects of the Subcontract process including generation of Requests For Proposals, proposal evaluations, source selections, negotiations, file documentation, change management, invoice approvals, dispute resolution and subcontract close-out.
Provide timely and accurate subcontract status to management.
Support Subcontracting Plan initiatives with Small Disadvantaged, and Small Woman-owned Businesses as required.
As primary interface, one will be expected to apply ingenuity and innovation to develop solutions to complex subcontract problems.
Develop subcontract statements of work (SOWs) and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment and/or services.
Prepare RFP packages, conducts bidders' conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards and administers resulting subcontracts, ensures compliance to all internal and Government (FAR) Procurements Regulations, monitors Subcontractor performance and initiates corrective action measures when necessary.
Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions or modifications to subcontracts.
You’d be a great fit if…
You have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience or a Master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience.
You have experience managing various types of moderately complex to complex subcontracts, including hardware, software, IT Solution development subcontracts, complex services subcontracts, and follow-on/production subcontracts.
You have prior experience in Government and Commercial Subcontracting.
You have the ability to navigate a fast-paced, team environment to adjust priorities in order to meet critical deadlines.
You have experience with the following subcontract types: FFP, FPIF, T&M, Labor Hour, Cost Reimbursement (w/fixed-fee, incentive fee or award fee).
You have a solid background with FAR/DFARS procurement regulations.
You have the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance

This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance. In order to obtain a clearance you need to be a US Citizen and show proof of citizenship.
