Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
SUMMARY:
The Relationship Banker is responsible for enhancing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service while servicing all the customers’ financial needs from start to finish. This position calls for individuals who have a passion for superior customer service and are enthusiastic and team oriented. In this dual role, the Relationship Banker will handle a variety of financial transactions and new account openings for individual and business clients. The Relationship Banker will look for opportunities that support the bank's strategy by engaging with customers to meet their financial needs and make referrals to business partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support relationship building efforts within the branch.

Accurately process various financial transactions and/or bank transactions within the branch.

Contribute to overall branch operation.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Education - High School diploma or equivalent (GED).

Experience - One (1) year of job-related experience preferably in a banking, sales or customer service environment.

Other - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Banking experience.

Effective customer relationship building skills including ability to sell, cross-sell, and refer products.

Basic knowledge of retail products, policy, and procedures, documentation, and systems.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
