What You Will Do
- Assist with treatments ordered by provider, under the supervision of the provider or other clinical manager or nurse.
- Assist laboratory managers and staff and staff with operations, documentation, and lab procedures as needed.
- Interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information on patients' charts.
- Perform phlebotomy and other lab tests as needed.
- Handle basic clerical and front desk duties including answering phones and greeting patients when needed.
- Help prepare treatment rooms and operating room prior to examinations and procedures.
- Perform basic materials management functions such as ordering and stocking supplies.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
- Communicate with providers and deliver information to patients as directed.
What You Will Need
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- Exceptional work ethic and the ability to work well in a very fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- One to two years of experience as a medical assistant in a healthcare setting.
- BLS Certification
- Medical Assistant Certification

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
