The Regional Director of Marketing reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and works closely with operational peers in the Northeast region. The RDM uses our robust reporting and analytical tools to ensure all marketing, sales, revenue strategies and programs are well-planned and executed. The RDM will work closely with 25+ facilities in the Northeast region, collaborating with General Managers, sales personnel, and the centralized marketing team to achieve budgeted revenue and profitability goals.

You love to understand consumer trends and what drives behaviors. You’re an expert at blending analytical, data driven decision making with creative marketing strategies and campaigns. You know how to execute multiple campaigns at once but, also get the big picture and can communicate that to team members, clients and potential clients. You are comfortable developing lead gen initiatives. You can hold your own in a sales pitch, both B2C and B2B. You thrive working on a team and utilizing cross department skill sets and tools to optimize revenue.
Developing and Implementing successful marketing and sales campaigns
Capable of managing process change and new product launch
Solid business acumen and accustomed to financial accountability
Executing and measuring digital marketing strategies, with an emphasis on results
Analyzing and reporting on business and sales metrics
Partnering with and directly working on a diverse team
Managing marketing support personnel and establish priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
5-8 years in consumer Marketing or regional Marketing role
2 or more years experience in social media management
Have a B.S or B.A, Masters Degree is a plus
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, PPT).
Proficiency with CRM, email marketing and social media tools, highly recommended
Proven ability to make presentations to internal and external clients and potential new business clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience leading projects and driving results
Understanding, if not passionate about, the golf and/or hospitality industry is a plus
