- Must be able to pass a Mandatory Drug test
- Acting tour guide for zipline tours
- Selling additional services and products.
- Fitting harness and helmets correctly and ensuring the safe and proper use of all equipment.
- Using customer engagement skills to ensure a memorable experience for each guest.
- Assuring the safety and wellbeing of guests throughout each tour.
- Performing course rescues.
- Educating guests about the history of The Umauma Experience.
- Conducting complete inspections of all course components and gear.
- Assisting with course maintenance efforts.
- Attending required meetings and training.
- Upon completion of the zipline guide training and working as a zipline guide you will be eligible for a pay increase to $17.00 per hour.
