As a Help Desk Representative, you will help the team with any system issues, sales issues and overrides, and provide codes during big sales promotions. YOUR FOCUS (Job Duties and Responsibilities):
Everyone plays an important role. You will learn about many other departments throughout the company and their respective processes which will help you to expand and grow your career. You will work on many spreadsheets and ensure accurate information is being entered for credit card processing issues and work collaboratively within a diverse workforce. As a Help Desk Representative, you will:
Maintain day-to-day administrative tasks within our Point-of-Sale (POS) system
Answer inbound calls daily from our sales floor staff regarding system issues, sales, and processes.
Help answer and address any questions or concerns presented by sales staff.
Support sales force as needed and provide backup support to other departments when needed
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of processes and procedures within department
Communicate effectively with sales staff and maintain a working relationship with all departments within the Store Support Center.
Consistently provide a positive experience to all sales staff and internal employees
Work independently and pay special attention to detail and problem resolution.
Input information into Excel and Google Docs
YOUR BACKGROUND (REQUIREMENTS):
We are looking for an excellent communicator and self-starter. Someone that can think quick on their feet, work independently, think creatively, and support harmoniously. Accordingly, we are looking for the Help Desk Representative to bring the following:
High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a customer service setting
Previous help desk experience is helpful, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Speak clearly, concisely, and intelligently always
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to work 3pm-12pm, Saturday and Sunday
