Provide support to the program managers to ensure program deliverables are on schedule, SOWs are performed on cost and schedule, and contractual obligations addressed efficiently. Work with respective JV members’ to ensure the JV executes the program with minimum required resources and ensures applicable functional areas of parent corporations are involved in decision making processes

Ability to analyze data from various systems/sources to determine opportunity/root cause. Possesses a passion for process and problem solving with a natural desire to simplify processes and optimize efficiency.
Negotiation skills with high level of expertise in Purchase Order/ Subcontract review, interpretation and writing.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Responsible for all production contract data customer-supplied technical data (drawings, specifications, engineering change proposals, deviations, waivers, unitization procedures, and any other special instructions) to be used for Systems Integration of ammunition programs. Functions include requesting Technical Data Package Listings (TDPL), maintaining and controlling all current and archived technical data per ISO, preparing and maintaining data files (requires comprehensive review of TDPL and contract to create a set of documents in support of complete LAP of a product). Responsible to review production contract technical data requirements and contractual quality requirements to assign the proper technical data and Quality Assurance Procedures (QAP) clauses to DZI procured production material requisitions. Responsible to coordinate the review of technical data changes through DZI's Configuration Change Board (CCB) process and update the applicable technical data list when necessary to incorporate those changes.
Reviews customer contractual terms to develop the required terms and conditions and flow-down provisions required for the procurement of goods & services. Provides guidance on disputes and risk management/mitigation including problem resolution, pre-qualification of suppliers and identification of potential risk exposures relating to price and schedule.
Responsible to investigate, create, and maintain Material Master files for material in SAP. Create and maintain purchase order text files to define technical data and Quality Assurance Provision clauses for each Material Master file as required.
Provides oversight and management of the Procurement/Subcontract lifecycle from preparation of the RBL to PO/Subcontract closeout. Develops and administers procurements and subcontracts for Munitions customers.
Leads the proposal efforts including the development of the Supply Chain estimate, Project Procurement Plan and strategy, supplier solicitations and negotiations and supplier quality verification to ensure the proposal deliverables meets client expecations.

What You Need To Bring To The Table:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or equivalent
Minimum of 8 years experience including developing product configuration paramenters working with technical data from multiple sources.
Government contracting experience in manufacturing, knowledge of metals and machining preferred. Travel as required.
