Job Skills / Requirements
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Monitors and maintains cleanliness of restrooms, common areas, offices, and other spaces as required. May perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.

Reports to Account Manager or Daytime Supervisor
Polices common areas for trash and tidiness
Cleans entry-way glass, inside and outside surfaces
Polices restrooms multiple times daily to pick up incidental trash
Restocks restroom consumable items as necessary
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, polishes floors and vacuums hallways, stairs, and office space.
Empties trash and garbage containers
Notifies supervisor concerning need for repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment
May shampoo and spot cleans carpets
May buff and polish floors
Monitor and stock cleaning supplies and chemicals in specified areas
May work alone, without direct supervision
