The Early Intervention (EI) team provides strength-based, family-centered services for young children under three years of age who have developmental delays or are at risk of a developmental delay. Services are designed to meet the needs of each infant or toddler, and the needs of their family. The EI team provides services in the home/community setting with the goal of enhancing the child’s physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional and adaptive skills.

In this role, you will coordinate service delivery, supervise clinical staff, and provide evaluations and assessments.

Answer the telephone
Process client referrals
Verify client insurance coverage including effective dates, benefits and authorization requirements.
Data entry; type, copy, collate and file material; general clerical duties.

Minimum of High School Diploma/GED/HiSet
Strong interpersonal skills
1-2 years experience as a receptionist or customer service experience
Computer literacy; Microsoft Office proficient.
Current valid US-issued drivers license and ability to provide a registered, inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes, including travel between work sites
Must be able to pass CORI background check
