Responsible for the programming of races during the race meeting, compiling and publishing condition books, assigning weights for handicap races and receive all entries, subscriptions, declarations and scratches.
Responsible for the safekeeping of registration certificates and recording information required therein.
Supervises the draw for post position and responsible for the daily posting of entries for the benefit of the public.
Shall assign stall applicants such stabling as he or she may deem proper
Shall maintain a record of arrival and departure of all horses stabled on Licensee’s grounds
Responsible for the official daily program and insuring the accuracy of all information contained therein.
Acts as a liaison between management and horsemen regarding purses, structure, etc.
Promotes outstanding customer relations.
Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Five (5) plus year’s proven experience within the Racing Industry.
Thorough knowledge of all facets of Thoroughbred Racing Industry and the Delaware Racing Commission’s Rules and Regulations.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including evenings, weekends and holidays.
