Platinum Healthcare, a thriving medical group, is seeking full-time Fee for Service licensed Social Workers for its Adult Home-based clinic in Queens, Staten Island and the Bronx.
We are seeking LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Workers), LMSW (Licensed Master
Social Workers) and LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselors) with experience
working with adults. Must possess a strong clinical base and experience, with excellent electronic documentation and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include:
Completing screening and intake assessments.
Conducting individual and group psychotherapy (as needed) that is focused and
goal oriented, as clinically determined.
Development of Treatment Plans.
Crisis intervention.
Formulating Discharge Plans.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a PLUS
Pay: $33 to $36 per session
