Job Summary
The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the contracts and paperwork required of real estate property marketing and sales including listings and sales contracts. Ensuring compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and laws while maximizing client satisfaction through the process of buying or selling. This role requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of real estate forms, and the ability to effectively communicate. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive knowledge of the sales procewss, and Fair Housing regulations.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day communication of assigned real estate transactions and listings, ensuring compliance with all relevant needs of the clients and real estate brokers.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize time between listing of a property and closing of the sale.
- Communicate effectively with real estate brokers, clients, lenders, escrow companies and title companies addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular analysis to stay informed about trends of days on market, days between offer and acceptance, days between mutual acceptance and closing.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable real estate laws.
- Work with other staff personel and company real estate brokers to keep them informed of listing terms, status changes, and issues that involved during the transaction.
- Prepare reports on property performance, for the company staff meeting and management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
- Knowledge of real estate processes, including listing and sales procedures.
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, real estate brokers, staff, vendors, and management.
- Experience in sales or marketing within the real estate sector is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
