Experian’s Integrated Marketing team is seeking a progressive Marketing Automation Producer to help us develop and grow our B2B business and deliver a best-in-class online experience.
In this role, you’ll be in the thick of all our digital marketing efforts, with hands-on involvement across the spectrum of B2B marketing activities. Gain knowledge and expertise in various sales and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Eloqua, and Adobe Experience Manager.
We’re a fast-paced and results-oriented marketing team, so we’re looking for someone who can jump right in, think on their feet, be resourceful and be eager to learn. The ideal candidate will be the right balance of creative and analytical, responding quickly to marketing requests while also paying meticulous attention to campaign results and reporting.
Work with marketing managers and internal stakeholders on the development of multi-touch campaigns, landing pages, and the corresponding workflows and reporting that accomplish their goals for acquiring, nurturing, and converting leads.
Design, implement, and analyze customer segmentation based on user behavior, past engagement and other targeting criteria
Build, schedule, test and deploy email campaigns and landing pages for both batch deployments and journey/nurture campaigns, including extensive HTML coding
Architect and configure Eloqua campaign canvas and audience segmentations
Perform end-to-end QA of Eloqua campaign functionality and Salesforce data integration
Provide frequent performance analysis and regular status reports, report on campaign key performance indicators, and make recommendations that increase results
Create marketing campaign reports and dashboards; continually optimize the conversion funnel via A/B testing, segmentation, personalization
Develop and execute strategies to optimize emails for deliverability, open rates, click through and conversion on both desktop and mobile devices
Serve as the subject matter expert on marketing automation trends and best practices, as well as email and landing page optimization advancements
Monitor email deliverability and maintain IP reputation standards
Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
Required Competencies and Technical Skills
BA/BS required, ideally in a marketing or communications field
Minimum 3 years’ experience within a corporate marketing environment, preferably with a financial service, B2B focus
Minimum 1-3 years’ hands-on experience using Eloqua; Salesforce experience also preferred
Eloqua Certification preferred
HTML coding expertise (dynamic, mobile-responsive emails, web pages and landing pages)
Hands-on experience with custom data objects, dynamic content, responsive templates, A/B testing, etc.
Ability to meet deadlines, multitask and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment
