We are a high-growth company that is looking for motivated individuals to join our team. As a counter sales representative, you will be responsible for checking out customers at our retail stores across the United States. You must have excellent communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills, which allow you to build relationships with customers.


Counter sales representatives assist in the sales of counter merchandise and other products. They will be responsible to assist with all aspects of counter selling, including but not limited to customer service, product selection, inventory management, pricing labels, etc. The counter sales representative is also responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering phone calls, making inquiries and responding promptly to requests. This position requires an individual who can work independently.

Detailed job duties include:

  • Ensure that all sales are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, including receipt of payment for goods received from customers.
  • Maintain inventory levels to ensure compliance with departmental standards.
  • Ensure the proper use of equipment as required by law or applicable state laws/regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
