Cuadra looks sales person for THE FASHION SHOW MALL, FORUM AND PALAZZO. The ideal candidate is motivated, enjoys working one-on-one with customers and thrives in a commissioned sales environment. Duties and responsabilities:
1. Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the store
2. Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit
3. Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
4. Perform daily department maintenance tasks including stock work, remerchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light cleaning.
5. Follow standard operating procedures and complete all tasks as assigned by Management
6. Strategize with Store Manager to meet sales targets
7. Attend sales training meetings
8. Performs inventory checks
Education and qualifications:
1. High school degree or GED
2. 5 years Experience in retail sales
3. 3 years Experience in customer service
