Notes
- What units are included in the float pool: Will cover 7 Med Surg Units between Boise, Meridian, and Nampa. Can also float to any facility to be a 1:1 sitter in any area.
- How are units assigned: Travelers will have an app, 1 hour before shift starts will see what hospital and unit you are going to. All hospitals are about 20 minutes apart, all are right off the interstate, safe parking available at all locations. Travelers will be 1st to float can midshift float- can float at any time during shift to different units and facilities, whenever there is a need.
- This facility has a radius rule of 50 miles. To ensure adherence to this rule, we will require the candidates' perm address in the submittal to confirm they are outside of that specified radius before proceeding with the profile review
