This full-time hygiene position offers both a 10 K signing bonus and a compensation plan second to none. Our production based compensation plan offers unlimited earnings , a guaranteed hourly pay rate, no quotas or selling of products!

- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, Epic, Dentrix, etc.
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements:

- Valid dental hygiene license in State worked in.
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Eaglesoft, Epic, Dentrix, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
