This is an in-office position based out of our Mechanicsburg PA location, and this role supports our medical professional liability line of business.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Print & Mail Operations Manager, the Print & Mail Operations Technician is responsible for print and mailroom services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
40% - Print Services:

Perform all operations in the areas of layout, printing, assembly, bindery/finishing, and customer service.

Inspect and verifies completed projects meet quality standards.

Provide maintenance and/or minor repair of equipment.

Process print requests ensuring the timely completion and availability of projects.

Order and maintain inventory of print supplies.

Perform associated copying tasks, binding and/or finishing work.
40% - Mailroom Services:
-
Ensure compliance with all mandatory US Postal Services policies and procedures while maximizing the US Postal initiatives in daily operations.

Serve as a subject matter expert regarding mailing services and processes.

Able to work independently and with team members to maintain mail room equipment.

Coordinate mail vehicle maintenance.
-
Maintain inventory, order postal supplies and products as assigned.

Process daily mail, including metering, tracking, sorting, and delivery of mail internally and externally to meet multiple customer deliverables.
Secondary Responsibilities:
5% - Actively participate in Print/Mail projects as assigned.
5% - Perform other duties as directed by management.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in a print/mail facilities environment, preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Intermediate to advanced data entry skills.

Strong attention to detail.

The ability to research and resolve problems.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with customers.

Position Salary Range
$16.17 - $26.69
The salary range displayed represents the entirety of the pay grade for this position. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the range. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have, your location and comparison to other team members already in this role.
