Job Description

A Data Scientist typically involved with extracting valuable insights from data to solve business problems and support decision-making. They collect, clean, and analyze data using various statistical and machine learning techniques. Data Scientists also create and validate algorithms, models, and visualizations to communicate their findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Data Collection and Preparation. Gathering data from various sources, cleaning, and preparing it for analysis.
Data Analysis and Interpretation. Using statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and other analytical techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and insights.
Model Building and Evaluation. Creating and testing predictive models, algorithms, and other data-driven solutions.
Communication and Reporting. Presenting findings through reports, visualizations, and presentations to stakeholders.
Problem Solving and Decision Support. Identifying business problems and using data to propose solutions and recommendations for decision-making.
Staying Updated. Continuously learning about new technologies and techniques in data science.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in a field of study related to Data Science.
Have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience working as a Data Scientist.

Communication and Presentation Skills
Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking
SECRET security clearance minimum

Additional Information

Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on Government contracts.
