Who We Are
Hotel Jackson is a boutique luxury hotel on the Town Square in Jackson, Wyoming. We are independently owned, personally operated, and deeply invested in this place. Hospitality here isn’t transactional — it’s an act of genuine connection. We believe in warmth, authenticity, expertise, and the kind of care that makes guests feel truly at home.
Our mission is simple: We are here to host. That means anticipating needs, elevating every detail, and delivering impactful memorable moments.
The Role
We’re looking for a PM Turndown Supervisor to lead the evening turndown team at Hotel Jackson. You’ll supervise turndown attendants, manage the PM service schedule, ensure every room is completed to Forbes standard, and be the quality checkpoint between what the team delivers and what the guest experiences when they return to their room for the night.
This is a leadership role as much as an operational one. You’ll set the pace, hold the standard, coach your team in real time, and take ownership of the PM housekeeping floor when the Executive Housekeeper isn’t present. The guest is relying on this service to feel cared for without having to ask — and you’re the person who makes that happen.
What You’ll Own
Turndown Leadership
- Team supervision: lead and direct the PM turndown team through the evening service, assigning rooms, setting expectations, and holding the team accountable to Hotel Jackson’s standard on every unit.
- Quality inspection: inspect completed turndown rooms before the shift closes to verify that every detail — bed presentation, amenity placement, lighting, temperature, guest notes — meets the Forbes Four-Star standard.
- Real-time coaching: address service gaps in the moment, not just at the end of the shift; your feedback makes the team better service by service.
- Schedule and pacing: manage the PM turndown schedule to ensure all rooms are completed within the service window and the team is paced correctly throughout the shift.
Turndown Execution
- Room preparation: prepare guest rooms for the evening — turning down beds, adjusting lighting and temperature, replenishing amenities, and leaving the room in a state that feels considered and calm.
- Guest personalization: review and apply VIP notes, special requests, and guest preferences so that each turndown reflects knowledge of the specific guest, not just a generic standard.
- Amenity placement: place nightly amenities, welcome gifts, and any special delivery items accurately and in accordance with the hotel’s presentation standards.
- Do Not Disturb management: track DND rooms, communicate appropriately with the front desk and leadership, and follow Hotel Jackson’s protocol for declined service without exception.
Operations and Communication
- Supply management: ensure the PM team is stocked with all necessary turndown supplies, amenities, and linen before the shift begins and throughout service.
- Maintenance reporting: identify and report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns discovered during turndown inspection.
- Cross-department communication: communicate clearly with the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping leadership about room status, guest notes, and any issues arising during the PM shift.
- Closing procedures: complete all end-of-shift reporting, supply returns, and documentation so the overnight and AM teams have full visibility into the evening’s service.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of housekeeping or hotel rooms experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of luxury turndown service and Forbes Travel Guide room standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small team, hold standards, and coach in real time during an active service.
- Detail-oriented and precise — you notice what’s off in a room before the guest does.
- Organized and self-directed: able to manage the PM service schedule and team independently.
- Calm, clear communicator with both the team and cross-functional partners.
- Genuine care for the guest experience — you understand that turndown is a hospitality moment, not just a task list.
- Availability for PM shifts including weekends and holidays as required by the operation.
Who Thrives Here
This role is a fit for someone who takes real pride in the details of a luxury room experience and wants to lead a team that delivers it at a high level every night. Turndown is quiet work — the guest rarely sees it happen — but its impact is immediate and personal. If you find satisfaction in that, this is your role.
You’ll thrive if you:
- Hold the standard whether or not the Executive Housekeeper is present — because it’s yours to hold.
- Lead your team through the shift with clear expectations, real-time coaching, and genuine accountability.
- Notice the small things in a room — the detail that’s slightly off, the amenity that’s out of place — and correct them before the guest returns.
- Take the guest personalization aspect of the role seriously: a VIP note isn’t a checkbox, it’s an instruction.
This may not be the right fit if you:
- Are more comfortable executing than supervising — this role requires you to lead the team, not just work alongside them.
- Struggle to maintain attention to detail and coaching consistency through a full PM shift.
- Are not comfortable with the physical demands of the role including standing, bending, and moving through rooms for an entire shift.

We know Jackson is one of the most expensive places to live in the country. We’ve built this package to make it work.
- Competitive hourly rate
- Medical benefits (full-time/year-round eligible)
- Subsidized ski pass + select local perks
- Employee discounts at the restaurant/bar, and retail outlets
