Lead the Operations of a Growing Personal Injury Law Firm
Anand Desai Law Firm is a fast-growing California personal injury law firm known for honesty, transparency, communication, and exceptional client service. As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative and operational side of the firm while helping ensure cases move efficiently and clients receive outstanding care.
This is not just an “office admin” role. We are looking for a true leader — someone who can manage people, solve problems, improve systems, hold staff accountable, help evaluate cases, and keep the firm operating at a high level every single day.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the law firm
- Manage employee performance, accountability, productivity, and workflow
- Help supervise intake, case management, and administrative staff
- Assist in evaluating personal injury cases and identifying high-value cases
- Monitor case progression and ensure cases are moving efficiently
- Improve office systems, procedures, and overall operational efficiency
- Assist ownership with hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development
- Handle conflict resolution and employee management professionally
- Maintain high standards for client communication and customer service
- Ensure deadlines, tasks, and internal processes are being followed
- Work closely with attorneys to identify operational issues and implement solutions
- Help maintain a positive, professional, team-oriented office culture
- Track key performance indicators and productivity metrics
- Assist with vendor management and operational cost control
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working in a personal injury law firm
- Prior management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of California personal injury cases and case flow
- Ability to identify strong cases and evaluate case potential
- Experience managing staff and office operations
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with case management software (CasePeer experience is a major plus)
- Comfortable implementing systems and improving efficiency
- Professional demeanor with strong emotional intelligence
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Pay: $71,000.00 - $150,000.00 per hour
