We’re a growing shop modernizing our systems, expanding our customer base, and investing in better equipment and processes while keeping a practical, hands-on shop culture. Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Prototype / Toolroom Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in machining operations and be proficient in using various tools and equipment to fabricate precision parts.

Duties:

Operate manual machines such as lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses to fabricate parts
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Set up and adjust machines for optimal performance
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
Assemble machined parts to create finished products
Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements

Qualifications:

Experience as a Manual Machinist. At least 5 years of proven experience.
Proficiency in using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Knowledge of machining processes and techniques
Familiarity with CAM programming is a plus
Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) is desirable
