Who we are:

A company that helps people with neurological conditions, improve their mobility and quality of life. We are a team of licensed physical therapists who specialize in treating patients with neurological disorders such as concussion, stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, ALS, vestibular/balance, and dementia. We have extensive experience and training in the latest evidence-based techniques and technologies for neurological rehabilitation. We are attempting to change the approach to neurologic rehabilitation by providing services in both an insurance and cash based model featuring various new approaches in an individuals's care.

What we do:

We provide individualized and comprehensive physical therapy and wellness based services to help our patients achieve their functional goals and optimize their recovery. We use a variety of interventions to address the specific needs and challenges of each patient in their home or other settings to work towards removing barriers and increasing access to therapy. We also educate our patients and their families on how to manage their condition and prevent complications, while collaborating with the care team which may include, neurologists, pharmacists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists, to facilitate continuity of care and professional standards.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients with neurological diagnoses. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a specialized population in an outpatient mobile setting. Offering neurologic treatment and mentorship for applicants provided by a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy.

Please note the hourly wage is paid for all travel between sessions and documentation/admin time!

**Duties:**

- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address patients' physical impairments and functional limitations.

- Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and balance.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

- Deliver therapy sessions at patient's homes and community settings.

- Provide education and guidance to patients, families, and caregivers to promote, safety, self-care and independence.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy, incorporating new techniques and technologies into patient care.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

**Qualifications:**

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (required).

- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Colorado (required).

- NCS not required (some of our team members have worked towards their NCS after joining the team)

- Valid Colorado driver's license (required).

- CPR certification (required).

- Experience working with neurologic diagnoses in various settings (preferred).
