Full Job Description

Overview:

Our Private Office has an opening for an experienced and versatile Operations Manager in Oklahoma! We offer a supportive, collaborative work environment and comprehensive training to help you transition smoothly into your new role. This is a remote position with required travel across the region.

Job Responsibilities:

Model outstanding patient service, written, verbal, and other communication skills.
Identify team member strengths and areas of opportunity related to patient skills.
Train, coach, and mentor team members to optimal patient service levels.
Onboard all team members to seamlessly integrate into the dynamic practice environment while continuing to meet the patient and business needs.
Train operations team members to perform duties in a timely and accurate manner, audit work to confirm quality, and provide additional training as needed.
Partner with the human resources department to provide coaching and guidance on personnel management, including performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and performance warnings.
Attend meetings, training courses, and other learning and development opportunities as made available and/or required.
Partner with the dentist and regional operations leadership to make operational decisions that benefit the dental practice. Understand, analyze, and create an action plan for key performance metrics to successfully lead and grow the business.
Hold the team accountable for completing required workplace diversity, HIPAA, and OSHA training on a regular, timely basis.
Review operating performance results and take immediate steps to implement corrective action as needed.

Job Requirements:

High School diploma or GED required, 4-year bachelor's preferred, or equivalent of management experience in the dental field.
3+ years of prior dental office management experience.
Multi-site/multi-office management experience is a plus.
Ortho/Specialty office management experience required.
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing.
Experience with P&L management.
Familiarity with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental.
Ability to travel as needed.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
