Granite & quartz counter top company requires a shop fabricator, polisher and shop helper. This position is requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to craftsmanship and the ability to lift heavy counter tops. You must speak fluent English and you must have a clean appearance. Our growth is a result of having employees committed to delivering a high quality product with superior customer service. You must have an eye for detail and a character that takes pride in work well done. Prefer experience but will train right individual. Must have a clean and valid driver's license.

Summary

As a Granite & Quartz Countertop Fabricator, you will fabricate and finish stone surfaces to specification, in support of residential and commercial projects. You will read work orders, operate fabrication equipment, and ensure precise cuts, polishing, and edge profiles. Reporting to the shop supervisor, you’ll collaborate with milling, assembly, and installation teams to deliver high-quality counters on schedule. Your strong mechanical, hand tools, and welding skills, along with forklift and material handling capabilities, will drive efficient production and meticulous craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Fabricate granite and quartz countertops to specified dimensions using hand tools, power tools, and machinery; cut, shape, polish, and edge profiles to exact tolerances.

Interpret design drawings, measurements, and cut lists; verify materials and coordinates with team to ensure accuracy.

Operate and maintain equipment (including heavy machinery and forklifts when applicable) and perform basic machining tasks as needed.

Manage materials handling and inventory, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the shop and work area.

Adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and production timelines; document work and address any defects or discrepancies promptly.
