About Titan Property Services
We do something most people don’t even know is possible.
Every year across Texas, millions of dollars go unclaimed after foreclosure sales — money that legally belongs to property owners, heirs, and families who simply don’t know it exists. Titan Property Services finds those people and puts that money back in their hands.
We are an investigative property research firm operating at the intersection of real estate, genealogy, and public records. Our team digs deep — tracing ownership histories, locating heirs across generations, and building airtight research files that unlock funds for clients who never thought they’d see a dime.
This isn’t data entry. This isn’t cold calling. This is real investigative work — the kind where your research directly changes someone’s financial life. Our wins are measured in recoveries ranging from thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars per case.
If you’re the kind of person who can’t let a puzzle go unsolved, who treats a cold trail as a challenge rather than a dead end, and who takes pride in finding what others miss — you belong on this team.
Who We're Looking For
If you've worked in property tax collection, mortgage servicing, foreclosure processing, title research, or a county tax appraisal district — and you know how to find people who don't want to be found — this role was built for you. We're not looking for a lab researcher or a criminal investigator. We're looking for a sharp, curious, property-savvy professional who understands how Texas foreclosures work, knows how to navigate public records like a pro, and can locate heirs and property owners with speed and accuracy.
