Full Job Description

Full time Event Coordinator, Marketing Associate, and Office Coordinator at our lovely Agoura Hills office. This position aids in managing bookings for our wedding and event venue located in Malibu. Provides marketing support for two businesses. Serves as the face and voice of the business, in answering phones and supporting staff. Excellent interpersonal skills are important for success in this role. We are looking for someone special with enthusiasm and a vibrant personality who has excellent phone and people skills and is extremely conscientious and detail oriented.

Requirements for this position include:

. Must be well versed with social media platforms as this will be a primary responsibility of this position

. Sales experience beneficial

. Self-starter – ability to work independently

. Excellent computer skills (typing, MS Office, calendaring, communications)

. Superb phone skills and vibrancy

. Extremely organized and detail oriented – a must

. Versatile – able to juggle several balls in the air at one time

. Event coordinator experience required

. Ability to manage and research contractors/repairs/improvements to the rental venue

. Local candidate preferred

This is a permanent position and does offer health benefits.
